The Weird Way I Lost 12 Pounds in One Week Eating Eggs

During my years of trying to get a slim body and lose weight, I’ve stumbled upon some weird ways and diets. Admittedly, I’ve tried most of them.

So naturally I was curious to see if this egg diet worked.

It might sound strange and weird, but I actually lost more than 12 pounds in just one week, with eggs being my primary dietary product.

The diet

Remember this diet which mostly includes eggs are extremely rich in the nutrients, and considered to be one of the best sources of proteins.

You can lose some calories, speed up your metabolism as well as get good body in just one week.

Drink water at regular intervals as it’s important for you to keep your body hydrated as it can get rid of toxins.

In order not to shock your metabolism, try to include grapefruit, oranges, cheese, eggs in your diet before you get back to your normal diet.

The Diet Plan:

Day 1

Breakfast: two boiled eggs with.

Lunch: Two apples and two pieces of sweet potato.

Dinner: Chicken with salad

Day 2

Breakfast: two boiled eggs with fruit.

Lunch: Chicken salad and green vegetables.

Dinner: Two boiled eggs, one orange and salad.

Day 3

Breakfast: two boiled eggs with fruit.

Lunch: one tomato, one sweet potato and low fat cheese

Dinner: Chicken with a large plate of salad.

Day 4

Breakfast: two hard-boiled eggs with one cup of warm water with lemon.

Lunch: Fruit.

Dinner: Steamed chicken with salad.

Day 5

Breakfast: two boiled eggs with fruit.

Lunch: two boiled eggs with vegetables

Dinner: grilled fish with salad.

Day 6

Breakfast: two boiled eggs along with two grapefruits.

Lunch: Fruit.

Dinner: six ounces of chicken with steamed vegetables.

Day 7

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and a piece of fruit.

Lunch: six ounces of chicken with steamed vegetables.

Dinner: Steamed vegetables.
