I tried the 3 ingredient slow cooker banana bread!
Mine’s technically 4 ingredients as I added walnuts too.
Mash 5 ripe bananas
Add 1 can of condensed milk (397g tin)
Add 2.5 cups of self raising flour (300g)
Mix well, you can add extras like nuts, chocolate or cinnamon too
Line your slow cooker with grease proof paper
Pour in bread mix
Cover the top of the slow cooker with a tea towel and put the lid on making sure it doesn’t sag into the bread mix
I cooked mine on high for 2 hours and it’s turned out perfect (others have found they have needed more time, just use the skewer trick to test it. No sneaky peaking before 2 hours though as it lets the steam and heat out)
