The final of Americas Got Talent 2017 has just recently finished and it did not disappoint. If you have not being following season 12 of the show then you have certainly missed out. The eventual winner of the show was the extremely talented young girl – Darci Lynne Farmer.
From the very beginning of this season she has stolen our hearts. In her first audition she left the judges speechless with the raw talent she possessed. They were amazed at how a 12 year old girl could be not only a professional ventriloquist, but also had a voice to match any singer.
And what a voice she has!
Watch her final winning performance in the video below.
What entrigued everyone was everytime Darci brought a new puppet to the stage we were introduced to a hilarious new character. Her first puppet was the ever entertaining rabbit Petunia and has been a roller coaster ride of laughter with every new puppet since.
Ventriloquism sometimes can be repetitive, but with Darci every show brought a new fresh thought out acts.
Some of the more memorable puppets may well be Oscar who so willingly declared his love for Mel B, Edna the hilarious grandmother or perhaps one of the more memorable ones who flirted wildly with Simon Cowell.
When the final night finally unfolded before us we expected nothing but mere perfection from our little star Darci. And she did not let us down, she took to the stage with not one but two puppets. With Petunia and Oscar in hand they killed it by performing the amazing Beatles hit song “With A Little Help From My Friend’s”. The audience and judges lapped it up loving the whole performance.
From start to finish her performances have evidently been quality and ultimately define her as the clear winner. The professionalism and talent shown by such a young girl is admirable to say the least.
