While attending school is very important for every single child. It is also an important place for them to learn skills to prepare them for their futures.
Sadly in the world today there are millions of children who do not have the luxury of being able to attend school on a daily basis, or are forced to educated in terrible conditions.

People who view this image are very moved and emotional because of what they have seen – so we decided it was important to share this image with you and take time to reflect.
Little 8 year old Wang Fuman lives in Xinjie province in China.
Ever since his mom left him and his dad was forced to move to a big city to work, the young boy has been in the care of his grandmother.
Wang Fuman now lives 3 miles away from his school, meaning he has to trek for hours each day just to get there and back. And since winter has drawn in and the temperature has plummeted, it’s been even tougher than normal for Wang to make his way to school. The temperature often plummets to -9 degrees Celsius.
Spread like wildfire
The principal of the school decided to post some photo’s to social media just to show how tough the conditions are on the children.
It was the final photo that the principal uploaded of Wang Fuman that has taken the internet by storm. In the photo Wang Fuman’s head can clearly be seen to be frozen. His eyebrows are frozen and his cheeks are burning from the cold. The principal explains walked to school and braved the harsh elements because he had a test!
The little boy was determined to make it to school in time for the test, despite the cold. His hands were frozen while he completed the exam.
Wang Fuman really displayed real grit and determination, as well as showing his dedication to his education. I really hope that these photos can generate some help fot this inspiring young boy, so that he can get to school without having to face such challenging conditions.
