11 Simple Tricks to Clear Skin Overnight

In today’s society women have very little time even if they are eating right, exercising or getting enough sleep to keep their skin looking fresh and healthy. Here are 11 ways to keep on top of your skin and look good for any event you may have.

1 – If you suffer from the occasional pimple or two then use your fave face mask as an overnight spot treatment.

2 – Detoxing sheet masks will hydrate your skin and draw out any toxins in it. This will help keep your skin clear and refreshed looking.

3 – Wash, Wash, Wash – Always wash your face morning and night and in between if you have time, this helps remove any dirt from your face that can lead to facial outbreaks.

4 – DIY face masks are fun and a great way to use natural products that not only cleanse and tone your skin but are natural and you know what you are putting on your skin.

5 – Hydrate your skin regularly as dry skin is more prone to breakouts and can be a major factor in developing wrinkles. Always apply a non-comedogenic lotion with anti-aging properties after washing your face.

6 –  Spot treatment – Use of products containing sulphur and salicylic acid help kill bacteria and cleanse pores. Coconut oil contains anti bacterial benefits and can be applied lightly after washing your face.
