How to use Aloe Vera?
Use the aloe vera gel to brush and rinse your mouth.
You can also go for flossing first, then you can brush your teeth and add the aloe vera and then brush your teeth at least 3 minutes and then rinse your mouth when you are done.

Ingredients for homemade lemon oil:-
1/4th to ½ cup olive oil
Lemon juice- ½ to 1 cup
You need to place the oil in the jar and then add lemon juice.
Seal the jar and shake it vigorously. Shake this jar very well for 3- weeks.
After this, the lemon oil will be ready for using.
Put some lemon oil in the fingers and massage the gums for a few minutes. Do this twice a week.

They say prevention is better than cure. Below mentioned are some tips that can prevent the receding gums and improve the oral health.
Good oral health
Observe the good oral hygiene and ensure that your gums remain healthy.
Observe the following: –
Don’t brush the gums but only along the gum line.
Use a brush that has small bristles.
You need to brush in circular motion.
Always brush after every meal, however if that cannot be done, use a mouth wash before going to bed.
Don’t brush aggressively.
