We all get a little plaque on our teeth every now and again. It can be expensive to get rid of especially if you have to take a trip to the dentist to remove it. My grandmother taught me a trick for removing plaque when younger.
It’s a quick and easy remedy using only household ingredients. And did I mention, it’s scientifically proven to work?
Fighting plaque is easy and you can do it at home tonight.
This grandmother decided she would share a little trick she learned when she was younger. Just follow the instructions below and you are sure to have white teeth in no time.
All you need is common household salt a teaspoon is enough.
Pour it into a small glass or mug.
2. Baking soda
Add about two teaspoons of baking soda to the salt and mix carefully.
Add a teaspoon of water and stir slowly.
When the paste is firm enough put on your toothbrush.
Now brush your teeth with your homemade toothpaste.
Brush all your teeth for at least three minutes then rinse.
Repeat once or twice a month to keep plaque at bay and the dentist away.
